A source close to the Hogan family told the Daily Mail that in his last weeks, the 71-year-old legend was fully aware he was battling a “very weak heart.” He had lost significant weight, suffered constant shortness of breath, grew easily fatigued, and was on oxygen support inside his Clearwater, Florida mansion — where, ultimately, he would take his final breath.
