FBI Director Kash Patel has filed a defamation lawsuit against former FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence and MSNBC contributor Frank Figliuzzi, following claims that Patel frequents nightclubs more than he works at FBI headquarters.
According to Just the News, Patel filed the lawsuit in federal court in Texas on June 2. His legal team argued that Figliuzzi “crossed the legal line by fabricating a specific lie about Director Patel.”
