Michael Gann, 55, was arrested last month and is accused of orchestrating a calculated plan to place at least seven explosive devices in key locations around New York City. According to the Department of Justice, Gann’s alleged campaign began on June 5, 2025, when he placed one of his improvised bombs on the subway tracks of the Williamsburg Bridge—a route heavily traveled by commuters.
