‘Criminal Charges’ – Former First Lady Jill Biden Hit With Horrific News Days…

Calls Grow for Criminal Investigation Into Jill Biden Over Alleged Elder Abuse

A heated political firestorm erupted this week after Republican Rep. Mary Miller of Illinois publicly called for former First Lady Jill Biden to face criminal charges for alleged elder abuse of her husband, former President Joe Biden.

Miller’s demand came just days after the former president revealed he had been diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer, a disclosure that followed years of speculation and reporting about his mental and physical decline during his term in office.

“Jill Biden was complicit in covering up Joe Biden’s mental and physical decline,” Miller wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “She should face CRIMINAL CHARGES for elder abuse!!”

The accusations were bolstered by commentary from medical professionals. Geriatric specialist Dr. Elaine Healy, speaking to The New York Post, argued that Biden’s condition fit the broader definition of elder abuse, which can go beyond physical harm.

“Visible bruising and other injuries from physical violence are obvious forms of abuse,” Healy said. “But non-violent actions—like depriving someone of food, causing weight loss, or intimidation that leads to social withdrawal and personality changes—also qualify. A more sinister form involves exploiting an elderly individual for financial, personal, or political gain.”

Healy pointed to one moment in particular: Jill Biden physically guiding her husband offstage after a faltering debate performance against then-GOP candidate Donald Trump.

“What was behind her insistence that he run for office when she, above all others, had to be aware of his failing cognitive capacities and declining health?” Healy asked. “Is she a loving spouse—or a master manipulator, using his dependency on her to control his decisions? If the latter, she is engaged in elder abuse.”

Even some unlikely voices have echoed the concern. Sally Quinn, a veteran Washington Post columnist and vocal critic of Donald Trump, said she held Jill Biden directly responsible for allowing her husband to seek a second term.

“I blame Jill Biden for this,” Quinn said on the Tara Palmeri Show. “If she had told him, ‘Joe, you can’t do it,’ he wouldn’t have run. She wasn’t protecting him. I thought it was elder abuse, really.”

Donald Trump Jr. also weighed in, suggesting a cover-up. On Truth Social, he wrote sarcastically: “What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer—or is this yet another coverup???”

Medical experts have raised their own alarms over the timeline of the cancer diagnosis. Biden’s Gleason score—a grading system for prostate cancer severity—was a 9, one of the most aggressive possible, puzzling many doctors as to how it went undetected for so long.

“It is inconceivable that this was not being followed before he left the Presidency,” Dr. Howard Forman posted on X. “Gleason grade 9 would have had an elevated PSA level for some time before this diagnosis. He must have had PSA tests numerous times before. This is odd.”

Dr. Steven Quay, an oncologist, noted that prostate cancer is among the easiest cancers to detect early.

“The PSA blood test shows the rate of cancer cell growth,” Quay explained. “Even with the most aggressive form, it’s typically a 5-to-7-year journey without treatment before it becomes metastatic. It would be malpractice for this patient to first be diagnosed with metastatic disease in May 2025. It is highly likely he was carrying a diagnosis throughout his White House tenure—and the American people were uninformed.”

Fox News medical analyst Dr. Marc Siegel echoed that sentiment. “You’d expect someone in his position to have access to the best care available,” he said. “It’s surprising—and frankly troubling—that it’s this far advanced.”

The allegations, which blend political outrage with serious medical questions, add a volatile new chapter to the ongoing scrutiny of both Bidens. Whether they lead to any legal action remains unclear—but the political battle over them has already begun in earnest.
