Christine Quinn and Heather Rae El Moussa Are Officially Returning to Selling Sunset: ‘Growth Can Still Come with an Edge’

The skyline of luxury real estate is about to get a lot more crowded—and significantly more dramatic.

In a move that has sent shockwaves through the “Bravosphere” and beyond, Netflix officially greenlit the tenth season of its flagship real estate juggernaut, Selling Sunset, on Wednesday, April 29. But it wasn’t just the renewal making headlines; it was the bombshell revelation that the “O Group” is welcoming back two of its most iconic, and polarizing, alumnae.

The Return of the Queen Bee and the “Flip” Queen

Buckle up, Sunset Strip. Original powerhouses Christine Quinn, 37, and Heather Rae El Moussa, 38, are officially stepping back into the glass-walled offices of the Oppenheim Group. After seasons of speculation and a revolving door of new agents, the streamer confirmed via a Wednesday press release that the O.G.s are reclaiming their desks for the milestone tenth outing.

For Quinn, the show’s most infamous “villain” who exited stage left after Season 5, the return marks a personal and professional pivot. Following her high-profile split from ex Christian Dumontet, Quinn reportedly reconnected with series creator Adam DiVello to orchestrate a comeback that she promises will look very different from her previous reign of terror.

“I’m returning from a very different place, with more perspective, confidence, and clarity,” Quinn shared in the release.

Now a mother, the real estate maven insists that her days of petty office warfare may be evolving. “Motherhood has made me become more intentional and much more protective of my peace,” she noted. However, fans shouldn’t expect her to lose her bite entirely. “I’m still ambitious and direct… I’m not coming back to play an old version of myself. I’m coming back to show where I am now and let the audience see that growth can still come with an edge.”

Unfinished Business and Unresolved Tension

Meanwhile, Heather Rae El Moussa is proving that you can indeed go home again—even if home is a cutthroat brokerage. El Moussa, who has been busy dominating the HGTV airwaves on The Flip Off alongside husband Tarek and his ex-wife, Christina Haack, is ready to juggle the worlds of flipping and high-end listings once more.

Following her departure after Season 7, Heather teased her return in a playful Instagram post on April 29, hinting that she has a few scores to settle with her fellow agents.

“There are conversations that got cut short. I’m also not going to pretend things didn’t happen,” El Moussa wrote, acknowledging the “big personalities” that define the O Group dynamic. “Obviously, when you put a group of women with big personalities in a room together, there’s going to be tension. That’s just reality, but it’s how you handle those differences that define the dynamic.”

When Does the Commission Clear?

While the ink is dry on the renewal, the exact timeline for Season 10 remains under wraps. Netflix has yet to pin down a premiere date, though the streamer urged fans to keep their eyes on the horizon for updates coming “very soon.”

As the Oppenheim brothers prepare for what is sure to be their most explosive season yet, one thing is certain: in the world of ultra-luxury L.A. real estate, the most expensive thing on the market is often the truth.
